Answer: Our MOQ is 100pcs per model, but we accept trial order, so any quantity is ok for starting our business.

Question 2: Sample is available?

Answer: Welcome to order samples.

Question 3: What's your lead time?

  Answer: Within 2-3 days for samples, 7-10 days for quantity order. 

Question 4:  What's your payment terms?

Answer: We accept T/T and western union payment: 30% deposit,the balance before shippment

Question 5: What about your company warranty?

Answer: 12 months, free repair. Return policy (during warranty period):
The 1st month: Buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return (from China to buyer's address). When we return the repaired products, we usually use China Post Airmail. If buyers want faster, we can ship by DHL but buyers pay extra cost.
The 2nd~12th month: Buyers pay both shipping cost.
(Note: No refund unless we send a wrong product. We do not charge repair cost during 12month warranty. After warranty, we just charge a little labor cost.)
Factory won't undertake shipping charge and repair charge for artificial damage.

Question 6: If your company accept OEM or ODM order?

Answer: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are also welcome, we can do customized brand packing and logo.
